Our story
A family name. A lasting commitment.
Hanna Holdings LLC is a family-owned real estate investment company founded in 2009 by Clint Kassab. The company is named for his father, Hanna F. Kassab, who immigrated to the United States from Iraq and passed away in 2007.
It began with a single building, 10425 W. McNichols Road in Detroit. Today Hanna Holdings owns $30,000,000 in real estate across multi-tenant retail and new development, and operates restaurants in Birmingham, Michigan and Tampa, Florida.
We invest for the long run, and we build for the people who will live and work here next.
The name behind the company
In memory of Hanna F. Kassab
Hanna F. Kassab, Clint's father, immigrated to the United States from Iraq and built a new life for his family here. He passed away in 2007.
Two years later, Clint founded Hanna Holdings and gave it his father's name. Every property we own and every business we operate carries that name forward, and today his grandsons, Jonathan and Dominic, are part of the company too.

Clint Kassab
Founder
Clint Kassab founded Hanna Holdings in 2009, two years after the passing of his father, Hanna, and named the company in his honor.
Starting with the acquisition of 10425 W. McNichols Road in Detroit, Clint has built the company into $30,000,000 in real estate owned, alongside hospitality businesses including Terra Kitchen & Cocktails, Teuta, and multiple Potbelly locations in Tampa.

Jonathan, Clint's eldest son, is a licensed real estate agent who began his career on the brokerage side. Today he oversees the company's acquisitions and manages its real estate portfolio day to day.
